Workshop: Python for Neural Data Analysis

I led a two-part workshop, where the first part was a quickly ramping introduction to Python for general data science, and the second part was a tutorial on bootstrap hypothesis testing (testing a hypothesis by resampling your own data many times instead of relying on a formula) for neural data, based on Mark Kramer and Uri Eden’s book Case Studies in Neural Data Analysis.
